About us

A warm, consistent team supporting people across Victoria

Prestige HCA is a person-centred care organisation dedicated to supporting people through every stage and possibility of life.

Our story

Prestige Healthcare Associates started with a simple idea: the people who support you should know you, turn up when they say they will, and plan around how you actually live. We've grown carefully since, adding community access, our Day Program, hospital discharge support and, most recently, Gillies House, our first supported independent living home. We'd like to be the kind of provider families recommend to each other.

Our values

Dignity

Privacy, choices and culture respected in every interaction.

Independence

We build skills and confidence, not reliance on us.

Consistency

The same faces, on time, and early notice if something changes.

Trust

Plain communication with participants, families and referrers.

Culturally inclusive

Our team is very diverse and reflects the communities we work in. We match workers to your language and culture requests, and as a TIS National registered provider we arrange interpreters for intake meetings, reviews and phone calls, in any language, at no cost to you.

Our team

The people behind your support

A small office team you'll get to know by name, and support workers chosen for the person, not the roster. Our team is diverse, and we match workers to your language and culture where we can. Everyone holds a current NDIS Worker Screening Check and completes ongoing training.
