In short

  • Support at home and in the community after a transport accident.
  • Funded by the TAC once your claims manager approves it.
  • We go at your pace, and step back as you recover.
  • Case managers: we reply within one business day.
Now taking TAC referrals. If you have a client in Victoria who needs attendant care or community access, contact us and we'll confirm the plan with the TAC and your client's treating team.

What we deliver for TAC clients

  • Attendant care: personal care at home, including after surgery or hospital discharge
  • Community access: getting to rehabilitation and appointments, and back into community, study and work routines

Other supports are mentioned only where the TAC confirms they are in scope.

After your claim is approved

  1. Approval

Your treating team recommends hours; your TAC claims manager approves them and a provider.

  2. We confirm the plan

We check the approved hours with the TAC and talk with you about days, times and what a good week looks like.

  3. Support starts

Usually within a week, with a small consistent team and regular updates to your claims manager.

  4. Review

As you recover, hours step down. That is the point.

Questions TAC clients ask

What does TAC cover for support at home?

Attendant care (help with personal care and daily tasks) and community access, when your treating team recommends it and your claims manager approves it.

How do I start support after my claim is approved?

Your claims manager or OT refers to a provider with the approved hours. We confirm the plan with the TAC and start, usually within a week.

Can my family be involved?

Yes, as much as you want. Many people recovering at home plan the roster with family so support fills the gaps, not replaces them.
