Privacy at Prestige HCA

Our Privacy Statement explains, in plain language:

  • the kinds of personal information we collect, and how
  • why we collect it, and how we use and share it
  • how we keep it safe
  • how you can access or correct your information
  • how to make a privacy complaint, and what happens next

In brief

What we collect. Contact details, funding details (NDIS or TAC), and the health and support information we need to deliver safe services. We collect it from you, from people you authorise, and from your referrers.

How we use it. To plan and deliver your supports, to claim payment, to meet our obligations under the NDIS Act and Practice Standards, and to keep you safe. We share information only with people you have consented to, or where the law requires.

Your choices. You can ask to see your records, ask us to correct them, or withdraw consent at any time. We will never make your supports depend on it.
