Support at home
Personal Care & In-Home Support
Support with personal care, daily routines, household tasks and complex care, in your own home, from workers you know and trust. NDIS-funded across Victoria.

In short
- Help at home with showering, dressing, meals, medication and household tasks.
- You choose the times, the tasks and the workers.
- Complex care is available from trained staff.
- Funded by the NDIS; TAC referrals welcome.
What it is
Personal care is the support that makes the rest of your day possible, delivered your way. Our workers come to your home at the times you set, follow your routine rather than theirs, and treat your privacy, dignity and choices as non-negotiable. Over time they become people you know and trust, not strangers at the door.
- Showering, bathing, grooming and dressing
- Continence and skin care
- Meals, eating and drinking support
- Medication prompts in line with your plan
- Mobility, transfers and hoist use by trained staff
- Household tasks tied to your support: laundry, tidying, meal prep and shopping
- Complex care under our High Intensity Daily Personal Activities registration: PEG feeding, catheter and bowel care, ventilator support, seizure management and more, following a health practitioner's plan
- Overnight support where funded
A typical week
Who it suits
Adults with an NDIS plan that funds Assistance with Daily Life, and people who want to stay in their own home with reliable help for the parts of the day that are hardest. Many people start with a few mornings a week and adjust from there. We work alongside family carers rather than replacing them.
How it's funded
NDIS: Core Supports — Assistance with Daily Life. Agency, plan and self-managed plans accepted.
TAC: delivered as attendant care. Now taking TAC referrals.
Rates follow the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and are set out in your service agreement before anything starts.
Common questions
Can I choose my support worker?
Yes. You choose, and we match for gender, language and culture where you ask us to. If a worker isn't the right fit, tell us and we change it.
Will I get the same workers each week?
That is the aim. We keep each person's team small and introduce any replacement before they start.
How short can a visit be?
One hour is the usual minimum. Next step: tell us the times that matter most and we'll build the roster around them.
